If you know how to drive a car, you already possess the essential skills needed to excel in Calm-Abiding practice. The windshield reveals the road ahead, while your steering wheel ensures you stay on track. The gas pedal gives you the ability to control the right amount of energy to move forward. By maintaining your focus on the road and your hands on the wheel, you can effectively engage in meditation training and enhance your mindfulness through various mindfulness courses.

A qualified instructor

Brian Callahan has been practicing Calm-Abiding for decades. After completing the traditional meditation training of a 3-year retreat, Brian has been teaching Calm-Abiding practice and advanced mindfulness courses for many years.
